    Ingredients: Micellar Casein (Milk), Dairy Creamer (Glucose Syrup, Coconut Oil, Caseinate (Milk), Dipotassium Phosphate, Lecithin, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Beta Carotene), Flavouring: Vanilla, Thickener (Carboxymethyl Cellulose), Sweetener (Sucralose).

    Blend one scoop with water or milk for a between meals hit of protein, especially if you're not eating for extended periods.

    If you're consuming casein at night, to help with recovery and muscle growth, blend two scoops with milk or water, and drink last thing before retiring. If you also use a ZMA supplement, take the ZMA on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before your shake, as the calcium in Casein will inhibit zinc absorption.
