All other regions calculated at checkout. For all tracked deliveries, you will be sent a link via your email upon dispatch. This will allow you to view the progress of your parcel so that you can arrange to receive it. We do not watch your tracking for you, so please check it before contacting us. This page will also contain instructions and a printable, pre-addressed return label should you wish to send your order back to us for any reason.  If our shipping agency cannot locate you or deliver your parcel upon 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. In this scenario, you need to contact us via customersupport@olympushealth.com to arrange a re-shipment or refund.

In the case of missing parcels that incur signature disputes (someone else signing for your package and it subsequently going missing), there is an average of five weeks investigation period (as per terms and conditions), during which time we cannot refund or reship without direct evidence of misdoings. Damaged or defective goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Olympus Health shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Via the link emailed to you upon dispatch of your order, you will be able to download a pre-filled out return label, in order to return the product to Olympus Health.  Any claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order for it to be considered. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not include a returns authorisation number. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights. Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the full cost of products and shipping.
