Shipping — Delivery takes 2-5 working days after dispatch. Depending on level of shipping service chosen and paid for by yourself at checkout, delivery will be made on the next working day following dispatch, or otherwise up to 48 hours later.

Dispatch will be on the same day (weekdays only) providing you order before 1500hrs. Orders made on weekends may not dispatch until the following Monday (Tuesday in the case of Bank Holidays).

No complaint for undelivered stock can be considered until 14 days after the latest delivery date. 

Investigations into missing parcels, whether signed for or otherwise, can take up to 6 weeks. In these instances, Olympus Health reserve the right to withhold refunds or resends until the results of the investigation are presented by the courier company.

Your legal rights —When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Right to cancel—In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please use the printable return label supplied in your confirmation of dispatch email, to return the unused goods to us – along with the original till receipt. If these conditions are met within 7 days, we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Prices and Payment —

The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. We try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price to you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card. We accept payment by debit or credit card and PayPal only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of purchase. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery – and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Damaged or defective goods

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Olympus Health shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question. Please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting Olympus Health via customersupport@olympushealth.com.

We will email you with details on how and where to send your item, using the printable return form available via your shipping confirmation email. If the goods are damaged you will need to download our damaged goods form.

Please ensure that damage is not caused by unpacking or improper handing after receipt of your delivery. All boxed pouches are inspected prior to sealing for shipping. 

Any claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order for it to be considered. Please download the damaged goods form here. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not include a returns authorisation issued by our support staff. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.

Test of returned items: We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty, we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the full cost of shipping and testing.
