Ascent Whey Protein

Ascent Whey Protein concentrate has more biologically active compounds still present than whey protein isolateand even our 'standard' whey protein concentrate it's basically less processed than either of these.

It also has slightly more lactose and fat remaining and costs less to produce, so we sell it for less. It would be a mistake, however, to think of concentrate as a lesser product just because it's not as expensive.

Directions for Use: To supplement daily protein intake: Mix one scoop (30g) in 250ml of water or milk in a blender or shaker.
Post workout: Mix two scoops (60g) in 500ml milk or water in a blender or shaker, and consume with a banana or other fast-acting carbohydrate source.
