Zinc: Most hard-training athletes (we know you're one of them) are deficient in Zinc you lose it in sweat but it's vital for testosterone production, as well as the synthesis of collagen to strengthen and repair your hard-worked tendons and ligaments.
Magnesium: A vital component in over 300 (currently known) metabolic processes. A lack of adequate magnesium can negatively affect mood, sleep patterns and insulin sensitivity. Olympus Health ZMA capsules contain Zinc AS Gluconate, Magnesium oxide and vitamin B6 as used in the famous study done with American football players at Western Washington University by Dr. Lorrie Brilla in1998.
All of the 12 players taking ZMA saw a 2.5% increase in muscle-strength and a 30% increase in testosterone production compared to the 12 in the control group that were given a placebo pill, but otherwise undertook the same training, rest and dietary regimes.

Take 3 capsules at least 30 minutes after food, before bed.
If you use a casein protein shake or other slow release 'nighttime' protein, then take your 3 caps of ZMA on an empty stomach, then wait 20-30 minutes before drinking your pre-bed shake. Avoid taking with other supplements (and food/drink) that contains calcium, as this will heavily impair the absorption of zinc from your ZMA.
The vitamin B6 in Olympus Health ZMA may cause a tingling sensation in the skin of sensitive individuals on the first couple of uses. This is harmless and should pass within 30 minutes.

Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered on the next working day, via DPD's Tracked Courier service.
The exception to this is on small supplement orders – such as one or two pots of pills or capsules. For these kind of orders, unless you select a 24hr service (not always available) your products will be delivered via Royal Mail's 48hr service, by default.
For all tracked deliveries, you will be sent a link via your email upon dispatch. This will allow you to view the progress of your parcel so that you can arrange to receive it.
We do not watch your tracking for you, so please check it before contacting us.
This page will also contain instructions and a printable, pre-addressed return label should you wish to send your order back to us for any reason.
If DPD cannot locate you or deliver your parcel upon 3 attempts, it will be returned to us. In this scenario, you need to contact us via email@example.com to arrange a re-shipment or refund.
In the case of missing parcels that incur signature disputes (someone else signing for your package and it subsequently going missing), there is an average of five weeks investigation period (as per DPD terms and conditions), during which time we cannot refund or reship without direct evidence of misdoings.
Damaged or defective goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Olympus Health shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.
Via the link emailed to you upon dispatch of your order, you will be able to download a pre-filled out return label, in order to return the product to Olympus Health.
Any claim has to be made within 7 days of receiving the order for it to be considered. Please download it here.
